Juni bis 12. Oktober 2025 findet das renommierte&nbsp;<strong>Festival La Gacilly-Baden Photo<\/strong>&nbsp;in Baden bei Wien statt \u2013 Europas gr\u00f6\u00dftes Outdoor-Fotofestival mit j\u00e4hrlich \u00fcber 300.000 Besucher<em>innen. Unter dem diesj\u00e4hrigen Leitthema \u201eAustralien &amp; die Neue Welt\u201c werden wieder eindrucksvolle Bildserien internationaler Spitzenfotograf<\/em>innen im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum pr\u00e4sentiert \u2013 auf einer rund sieben Kilometer langen Ausstellungstrecke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein besonderes Highlight: Der vielfach preisgekr\u00f6nte Fotograf&nbsp;<strong>Brent Stirton<\/strong>&nbsp;zeigt in Kooperation mit unserer Stiftung&nbsp;eine bewegende Serie \u00fcber Menschen, die an&nbsp;<strong>ME\/CFS <\/strong>&nbsp;erkrankt sind. Stirton, bekannt f\u00fcr seine tiefgr\u00fcndigen Reportagen in&nbsp;<em>National Geographic<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>TIME<\/em>&nbsp;und&nbsp;<em>Stern<\/em>, hat im Sommer 2024 zehn Betroffene in \u00d6sterreich portr\u00e4tiert. Mit gro\u00dfer visueller Klarheit, Empathie und Ausdruckskraft verleihen seine Fotografien den oft unsichtbaren K\u00e4mpfen von ME\/CFS-Betroffenen ein Gesicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Ausstellung will nicht nur Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen, sondern auch ein gesellschaftliches Umdenken ansto\u00dfen.
